DIVIDEND POLICY
The Company has a policy to pay dividend not least than 20% of the Company’s net profit after corporate income tax and legal reserve each year, based on the separated financial statements and with consideration of business expansion plans, capital requirements, financial position, cash flow, liquidity, and other factors according to the appropriate opinion of the Board of Directors and must be approved by the shareholders’ meeting except for the interim dividends. The Board of Directors can approve the payment of interim dividends if the company has a good performance and have sufficient liquidity
