For the treatment of COVID-19 patients, Ramkhamhaeng Hospital is the first hospital which implements drive-thru COVID-19 testing service in Thailand. The company has been continuously trusted by patients and customers whether it's getting tested for infection Check for COVID-19 or receive in-patient treatment Including alternative vaccine services and government vaccines. In addition, the company was certified by the Medical Council of Thailand as a training center for medical assistant in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) in order to enhance the capability and create quality personnel to provide treatment to more patients.

Digital disruption is something that enters every business and creates new forms of services which may affect the operation of the hospital business. It creates an opportunity for the company to implement the digital technology as part of the medical treatment which allows the company to deliver new type of medical service and improves the speed and accuracy in diagnosis and cure order to meet the lifestyle of the modern generation. For the quality of medical treatment and a good experience in receiving treatment, Ramkhamhaeng Hospital has developed a patient information management system through an electronic system (Hospital Information System) for more than 10 years and has developed various applications as a tool for providing faster patient care. This allows the patients to be able to access treatment information, medicine information, booking the doctor and various medical services of the hospital which makes Ramkhamhaeng hospital truly becomes the smart hospital for all patients.

Since the outbreak of COVID-19, people have clearly seen the importance of health insurance. This can be seen from the increasing number in health insurance policies for more than 14 times since 2017 The company has cooperation in various fields with the insurance company to improve the quality of health insurance services for patients who come to receive services in Ramkhamhaeng Hospital by jointly developing the RAM smart claim program, which is a system for connecting information about treatment and expenses with the insurance company. This improves the speed and accuracy in claiming the patient's medical expenses. In November 2022, Ramkhamhaeng Hospital won the 2nd place in the Best Claim support category at the AIA Hospital Award 2022 which is a testament to ensure our continuous improvement and quality.

The company views that Thai economy will be recovered in 2023 and patients are more confident in coming back for treatment. As creating a good experience and convenience for service users with special care needs is our priority, RAM Personal Assistant is established to create a good experience and convenience for the patients who in need for special care which are the Company’s priorities. With RAM Personal assistant, patients are be able to choose their personal assistant from booking the doctor, booking the parking lots to facilitate and provide details in every step of the service process.

Paying attention to environmental preservation has always been a priority for hospitals. In 2022, we have donated more than 10 tons of used fabrics from the hospital to be used as fuel to replace coal in electricity generation. In addition, the hospital has also joined a project with a printer service company to help increase the efficiency of the printing system in the hospital which reduces the loss of low-quality documents. Therefore, the Company has created a system to take care and collect used toner cartridges for recycling to reduce electronic waste and reduce the spread of toner powder into the indoor air.

In 2023, the Company plans to open “Ramkhamhaeng 2 Hospital” with the total registered beds of 560 beds in several phases. In phase 1, Ramkhamhaeng 2 hospital will gradually operate with 100 beds which services the patient in the Eastern of Bangkok and nearby district. Furthermore, Mother and Child building at Vibharam Phatthanakan will also open in operation with the total of 59 registered beds to service fee for service patients and patients under government welfare programs. The Company also expands the business through investing in potential hospitals with caution and suitable for the situation.
